公司业务始于制造业,以生产和研发热交换器为主营业务,为国内知名热水器生产商(海尔,前锋等)主要产品供应核心零部件。

2002年,正式进入房地产开发领域,并确立了以“商业为主、住宅为辅”的开发和经营战略。如今已成长为一家专注于高端城市综合体开发和运营优异的综合性商业地产开发运营商。

2010年,投资公司成立,进行股权投资,目前已成功投资一些新兴产业,获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

2014年,高新世豪广场购物中心开门迎客,营业收入一路领先,成为成都市高新区商业经营的一枝独秀。

SAIHO sharing group was founded in 1993, accompanied with magnificent upsurges in great reform process. With the vision of improving welfare in the society and feeding back, we have been forging ahead to be the excellent urban complex operator.

Beginning from manufacturing industry, our main business is on production and development of heat exchanger, providing core parts for well-known domestic manufactures such as haier, chiffo, and etc. 

The group officially entered into real estate development in 2002, mainly engaging in real estate development and concentrating on the commercial property. Focus on high-end property development and operation, we hope to grow into the best comprehensive company 

In 2010, the investment company was established, focusing on emerging industry equity investment, which has already realized great economic and social benefits.

   The SAIHO plaza in Gaoxin opened in 2014. Revenue leads all the way, lording over the commercial operation in Chengdu.

Go through 23 years development, SAIHO sharing group has become the leader of Chengdu and even southwest regional commercial property development and operators. Qiansheng department in Wuhou, high end property King Valley in Wenjiang, urban complex SAIHO plaza in Gaoxin and Leshan, these highly influential projects in the region attract a large number of loyal customers and partners.
